On Monday, the Michael Jackson’s children, ages 7, 11 and 12, were placed under the fleeting guardianship of their kind grandmother, Katherine Jackson, by a Los Angeles evaluator.

The biological mothered of Jackson’s two oldest children, Debbie Rowe, will be invited to a hearing next Monday in which the judge will decide who should have keeping of them. She has, so far, not openly showed whether she will challenge the Jacksons for custody.

The judge Monday also gave Katherine Jackson momentary curb of her son’s “definite personal property.”
